“The real reason that we can’t have
the Ten Commandments in a courthouse:

You cannot post
‘Thou shalt not steal,’
‘Thou shalt not commit adultery,’
and ‘Thou shalt not lie’
in a building full of lawyers, judges, and politicians.
It creates a hostile work environment.”

COUNTRY SHOULD LEAD BY WHOM . an IAS or Politician

Major Tasks Performed by IAS

All civil servants, at some stage in their careers, are required to perform certain administrative functions within the purview of their departments. These include:

PLANNING

Which is carried out by the highest echelons of the service. It involves making decisions-after having reviewed all possible alternatives and their consequences-on the course of action to be taken, as also the allocation of resources, towards the achievement of specified, time-bound national targets.

POLICY FORMULATION

Means setting plans down on paper, in a manner in which they can be implemented and interpreting, clarifying and modifying them when necessary.

IMPLEMENTATION

Of these policies and ensuring that rules and regulations are followed.

SUPERVISION

Of the allotment and utilization of funds by field staff to make certain that they are used for the purpose they are intended. Also, monitoring the progress of projects ranging from public works, to corporations and development schemes.

ASSESSMENT

By visiting the scene of action and reporting and making recommendations.

PROVIDING INFORMATION

That is accurate, at short notice, particularly in response to questions in Parliament.

Major Tasks Performed by Politician

Got the credit of all the work performed by IAS IPS IRS..

 We expect :???????????????????????????????????????????????

IAS = More knowledgeable ,more responsible   + less payment , never appreciated for their work

POLITICIAN = NILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

We can never be sure that the opinion
we are endeavoring to stifle

is a false opinion;
and if we were sure,
stifling it would be an evil still.

Wish to become rich? Try these financial tenets

Desire To Become  Rich

Becoming rich is, undoubtedly, a universal wish. If you too fall in the millionaire-aspirants category, presented below are some important financial tenets that will surely help you achieve your dream.

1. If your friends determine your worth by what phone you own, it's time to get better friends, not better phones.

Smartphones have many features. But they also cost much more than a basic phone. It wouldn't be 'financially' wise to buy a smartphone, if you don't need to run advanced applications. When a simple phone serves your purpose, why waste money on the 'needless' features. (By the way, I have observed that, forget about using them, many people aren’t even aware of the various features in their phone.)

Instead, save this money and invest it wisely. Many, however, won’t think so. They are of the opinion that their prestige comes from the type of phone they own…and hence needless outflow of money.

This is just one example of money pointlessly draining out from your pockets. What about the costly branded products with little or no additional utility excepting the 'tag'; the luxury cars or gadgets to flaunt; or the frequent dinners at expensive restaurants?

Of course, this doesn't mean that you should stop spending. Spending, by itself, is not the issue. The issue is how you spend your money - thoughtlessly or rationally; intelligently or foolishly; regularly or sparingly. Choice is yours!

KNOW OUR LOKPAL BILL

The Jan Lokpal Bill, also referred to as the Citizen's ombudsman Bill is a draft anti-corruption bill drawn up by prominent civil society activists in India seeking the appointment of a Jan Lokpal, an independent corruption investigation body. This draft bill has also proposed improvements to the Lokpal and Lokayukta Bill 2011, which was to be passed by Lok Sabha in December 2011. The Jan Lokpal Bill aims to effectively deter corruption, redress grievances of citizens, and protect whistle-blowers. If made into law, the bill would create an independent ombudsman body called the Lokpal . The body would be empowered to register and investigate complaints of corruption against politicians and bureaucrats without prior government approval The prefix Jan (translation: citizens) signifies the fact that these improvements include inputs provided by "ordinary citizens" through an activist-driven, non-governmental public consultation
